熟悉并学习注胶相关知识和公司标准注胶设备

Learn the dispensing knowledge and standard machine

熟练注胶工艺流程、相关解决方案的制作

Familiar with the dispensing-process/dispensing-solution etc

协助销售人员开发、开拓潜在目标市场和新的产品应用

Assist sales colleague develop the potential object-marketing and application

建立客户数据库，科学有效管理

Set up customer database and manage it effectively

协助销售周会和各类会议纪要

Coordinate the sales meeting every week and prepare for the meeting notes

准备每月、每年的各类销售数据汇总

Prepare for the kinds of sales chart and other performance per year and per month

完成好报价和销售订单的整理和汇总

Finish the sales order and quotation management

公司内部AP PLUS系统管理和使用

AP PLUS systems usage and management

协调售前支持小组完成客户报价和前期方案

Coordinate the pre-sales and provide the quotation or solution for customer

确认订单后，支持协调销售人员项目会议

Support sales to hold project meeting after getting the order from customer

协助销售人员完成德国询价流程

Assist sales to finish inquiry process from Germany

确认并协调项目的预付款

Check and coordinate the down-payment

设备发票邮寄以及邮寄信息登记管理

Post machine order’s VAT invoice and record, manage the express information

每周更新重点大客户计划和动态

Follow up the key customer and report details every week

AP PLUS系统Forecast数据维护与定期报告

Maintain the forcast database in AP PLUS and report the data regularly

协助销售完成合同以及订单确认，合同以及订单的存档完整，分类清楚，查找快捷。

Assist sales confirm the contract and order, sort and record the contracts, orders.

产品学习和培训

Keep learning the latest products’ information

学习电气和机械的背景知识

Background the mechanical and electrical knowledge

优秀的沟通能力和技巧培养

Excellent communication skill

任职要求Request of qualification

1. Above bachelor’s degree. Overseas education experience is preferred.

本科学历及以上，有海外留学经验者优先考虑。

2. No working experience requirement.

工作经验不限。

3. Conversant with any of the languages: English or German.

熟练的英文或德语能力。

4. Good at communication and understanding.

沟通能力、理解能力强。

5. The loyalty is high, discipline, honest, and very strong independent working ability.
