主要职责
Responsibilities
1、负责MEMS产品的测试方案制定、测试结果分析以及报告撰写，提出内外问题解决方案
Responsible for MEMS product testing scheme、test results analysis and the report writing，put forward the possible solutions to the problems at internal and external sites
2、测试工具及机台的开发以及自动化测试
Test Tool and Equipment development and automated testing
3、负责搭建项目测试环境，部署测试系统
Responsible for set up the project testing environment and the test system deployment
4、验证、分析异常MEMS产品和异常生产，以及相关的测试硬件设备
Verification, analysis of abnormal MEMS products、abnormal production and the relevant testing hardware device
5、支持产品认证/可靠性试验，新测试设备的安装，失效产品分析
Support product certification /reliability test ，Install new testing equipment，Failure Analysis
6、提供测试技术指导、培训以及支持
Provide testing techniques guidance、training and backup


任职要求
Qualifications
1、电子工程、电气工程或工业自动化等相关专业本科及以上
Minimum bachelor degree in electrical engineering、electric engineering and industrial automation or relative field
2、具备3年以上IC或者MEMS产品测试经验，能熟练使用测试设备和仪器,如信号发生器,低噪音放大器,示波器等
At least 3 years of MEMS or IC product testing experience,familiar with test equipment and instruments,such as Signal Generator、Noise Amplifier and Oscilloscope
3、精通模拟、数字类产品的测试原理
Proficient in analog, digital products of the testing principle
4、精通多种测试系统，熟悉测试机台的操作，测试程序的编写和调试
Proficient in many kinds of test system,familiar with test machine operation、test procedures writing and debugging
5、独立的分析和解决问题的能力以及良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力
Independent analysis and problem solving skills,good verbal and written Chinese and English skills
