Description
·Work as the technical specialist to manage the special process introduction and maintenance within JNJ Medical (Suzhou) Ltd.,
- Work closely with quality, facility department, conduct the equipment and process validation and verification activities in Suzhou plant
- With the strong technical background and experiences, monitor the special process during the mass production,
- Conduct quick and appropriate analysis and troubleshooting activities when any technical issue occurs
- Work closely with worldwide special process team; keep a clear communication within the entire group. As the key contact from Suzhou, to report Suzhou special process status to the WW team and follow up any WW actions.

· In partnership with the Quality department, participate to the development of the quality system and its day to day implementation:
- Understand the Quality philosophy based on FDA QSRs, ISO 9000 and SFDA requirements.
- Understand, compile and control non-conformance data and product tractability.

· Perform all job duties in full accordance with:
- The J&J policies on Information, Assets protection, Maintain password(s) confidential, protect critical Business Information.
- All J&J policies and local regulations.
- The policies of the Health Care and Environmental programs.
- The code of conduct policies.
·Propose, develop or participate in programs to improve H&S and Environment.
·As the technical support for all audits (internal, Corporate, External, for Quality, H&S, Environment, etc...).

Qualifications
·Bachelor or Master's degree in Chemistry/Metallurgy/Material Science
·Strong technical background, good analysis and problem solving skills
·Relevant working experience or background is a plus
·Fluent English, good communication with worldwide team regarding the technical issues
