Requirement:
Minimum3 years of automotive products design experience至少3以上年汽车产品类设计经验；
- Microsoft XP and Office 2003 application skills. 熟练应用 Microsoft XP 和Office 2003。
- Proficiency in Catia and Auto CAD, Knowledge of UG, I-DEAS, Pro-E. 熟练运用Catia 和Auto CAD，了解UG, I-DEAS, Pro-E.
Responsibility:
Work with home divisions to design and develop new products per customer specifications, communicate with customer on new design proposal if required. 协同总部工程师根据客户规范设计开发新产品；如有必要，将主导和客户沟通新的设计建议。
- Generate and maintain engineering product specifications, product and component drawings. 制定并维护产品工程规范，产品和零件的图纸。
- Procure prototype sample 协调其他部门制造样件。
- Coordinate new design validation 协调新设计的验证实验。
- Generate and maintain bill of material. 制定并维护相关产品的物料清单。
- Assist product cost analysis. 协助产品的成本分析。
- Manage ECN process in Suzhou. 管理公司的工程变更过程。
- Provide product knowledge support for quality department, manufacturing, and etc. 对相关质量和生产等问题提供产品技术支持。
- Work with purchasing team to qualify new component vendors, develop technical agreement for sourced and manufactured products. 与采购部合作，对新供应商进行质量认证；为确定的产品制定技术评审。
- Implement cost reduction measures to reduce costs while ensuring product quality. 在保证产品质量的前提下降低成本并实施测量；
- Others assigned by supervisor 上级主管部署的其它任务
