Duties:
-Your responsibility is to manage Helvar's technical customer support in China.
-You will be working closely with our sales team as well as the principles in the Helvar head office in Finland.
-You will meet and exceed our customers' expectations by giving them exceptional support and service.
-You are outgoing and strongly customer service oriented.
-You have good interpersonal and negotiation skills, you can search and modify information and you actively try to find a solution for the customer's need.

Needed characters:
- Strong technical background, for example an electronics / electrical engineer or a technician
- Experience from the lighting industry is Must
- Chinese is your native language, you are fluent in English
- You have good communication skills, both written and verbal, both in Chinese and English
- You are able to travel when necessary
- Previous experience in customer service and support is seen as an advantage
- You have strong problem solving skill and ability to analyse
- You can work well under pressure
