Position: Finance Manager

Reporting line: CFO

Location: Suzhou SIP

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare and manage a full set of Accounting books for the companies in Suzhou, Hongkong, Shanghai and Cayman including but not limited to book journal entry, conduct monthly accounting close, perform monthly B/S reconciliation, prepare consolidated financial statements, monthly tax reports declaration & coordination with Tax Bureau, intercompany reconciliations, provide financial analysis to management team, coordinate external and internal auditing, assist in budget preparation, physical assets matched to book
2. Review company important contracts and file the original contracts, place proper controls throughout to ensure group and country policies compliance

3. Charge in part of Human Resource Management responsibilities under the supervision of CFO such as coordinating hiring, candidate interviews, employee social benefits issues, employee career development plan, performance target and review .

4. Act as a key user of ERP system and coordinate IT service issues

5. Manage two subordinators
6. Ad hoc projects and other miscellanies jobs
Qualifications and requirements:
1. University degree with major in Accounting, Certificate of Public Accountant is a plus not a must, 6+ years accounting/finance experience

2. Good understanding of accounting and reporting regulation as well as internal control process

3. Experienced in ERP

4. At least one year of experience in managing people

5. Must have good interpersonal skill, communication skills and willing to deal/interact with people
