KEY RESPONSIBILITIES(主要职责)
1.编制采购申请、保管、发放净化室劳保用品,保证工作生产需要;参加内部/外部审计;
Plan purchasing application, Take charge and control expense relating to cleanroom expendables, like gown, cleanroom shoes, wipes, detergent, etc. Attend internal and external audit.
2.安排职业健康体检及年度体检,负责员工健康档案保管等
Arrange Occupation medical check and annual medical check, in charge of employee health records filing etc.
3.制订员工培训方面的政策、工作规范、流程及年度计划;
Map out policies, process and annual operation plan for employee training plan;
4.与各部门经理一起分析、评估、确认员工年度培训需求,并随时根据组织、职位、人员变化调整、更新培训计划;
Under supervision of Training Officer, cooperate with managers of each department to analyze, assess and identify annual training needs of employees; adjustment of training plans will be made according to change of organization, position and personnel.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES(技能)
1. 大专以上学历,英语良好
College education or above,good command of English
2. 2年以上相关工作经验
At least 2 years relevant working experiences.
3. 地方劳动法律、法规;初级财务知识;精通公司企业文化
Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations; Basic accounting knowledge; Deep understand of corporate culture.
4. 熟练使用计算机,具有良好的沟通能力,高度的团队合作精神
Good computer skills and communication skills.Should be a team-player.
