Main Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
1.AP - create vendor invoices and make payments in ERP system
2.Cash - Process bank and cash reconciliation during month-end closing
3.VAT verification, declaring, Tax declaration monthly
4.VAT invoice printing/dispatch to customer on time
5.Customs - Import and Export matters pertaining to Finance (if any)
6.Fixed Assets - Classify and Label Fixed Assets
7.Inventory - Assist in handling related Finance matters
8.T&E claims - Check expenses
9.Audit-Assist the supervisor in the completion of annual audit and tax filing; as well as the combined audit

required by government authorities
10. Documentation - Manage and file journals properly and safely
11. Other tasks assigned by supervisor




Competencies:
1. Bachelor degree or above, Major in accounting
2. Female, 2+ years solid working experience in accounting field, especially in accounts payable and treasury

area
3. Familiar with major accounting systems, Navision is preferred
4. Experience in audit, internal control and taxation is an advantage
5. Strong PC skills (especially spreadsheet) in MS Office
6. Good communication skills and team work spirit
