处理日常行政后勤事务，如机票订购、宿舍管理、绿化养护、饮用水管理、工作服等，为员工提供后勤支持。协助行政主管及专员完善公司各项规章制度及流程。

Responsibilities for daily supports to staffs in logistics. To assist the Supervisor and Specialist perfecting the policy and procedure.

1．负责公司员工机票的订购以及机票费用的结算。

Responsibilities for booking the air tickets and counting the charge.

2．员工手机及其费用的管理。主要负责员工手机费用的托收，SIM卡的购买，外籍员工手机的购买及每月员工手机费用报销。

Management in Mobile phone. Such as purchasing mobile phone for foreign employee and SIM card, managing in the employee’s reimbursement ect.

3．公司绿化的管理。

Maintaining the plant in the company.

4．废料过磅。

Weighing up the scrap.

5.协助专员做好公司的各种活动，包括年终的D&D工作。

To assist the specialist implementing all kinds of the recreational activity, including the annual D&D.

6．负责会议的预订和管理。

Responsibilities: Meeting room booking and management.

7．文印室管理管理，主要负责复印机，传真的维护和信件的分发等。

Responsibilities: Maintenance of copying machine and fax machine, correspondence distribution.

8．费用的结算，主要负责：酒店，饮用水，快递，餐费的结算。

Responsibilities: Expense balance, conclude hotel, drinking water, express, meal fee.

9． 酒店预订。

Responsibilities: Hotel booking.

10． 购买火车票。

Responsibilities: Purchasing ticket of train.

11． 租房。

Responsibilities : Rent housing for foreigner.

12． 负责宿舍房间的安排、相关费用的报销。

Responsibilities: Arrange the room of dormitory, apply for reimbursement the expense about the dormitory.
