职责描述：

- 主导与供应商质量协议的签署；
- 编制检验文件，为检验提供方法和依据；
- 实施样品检测，编写样品检测报告；
- 组织，实施产品审核，寻求持续改进的机会；
- 参与、组织和实施供应商审核，检查其质量保证能力，为公司的供应商选择及控制提供依据，并为提高供应商的质量保证能力提供依据；
- 进行供应商的日常及业绩评定,推动和敦促供应商实施纠正和预防措施,并组织跟踪评估；
- 参与新品开发过程，根据工艺,技术要求制定控制计划，设立质量控制点并考虑控制方式；
- 参与新品验证过程，为新品导入提供质量依据；
- 参与或进行相关的试验，根据试验结果进行分析，判断或解决质量问题；
- 参与现场产品质量问题的分析和解决；
- 参与客户投诉的分析并推动质量改进；
- 根据计划执行产品MPC
- 工厂Quality Manual的实施

具体要求：

机电相关专业本科学历；
三年以上机械行业质量控制的经验；
熟悉质量工具及理念，如7种质量工具、SPC、FMECA、PSP等；
具备良好的英语和计算机能力；
具备良好的沟通和团队合作技巧。
