Role Summary/Purpose

Provide overall finance leadership, coach finance team and manage finance activities related to Wuxi Plant operations, support Greater China supply Chain team on manufacturing and logistics costing related matters for profitable and sustainable growth.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Streamline costing structure for Wuxi Plant including chemical and equipment and customized equipment, standard cost set up, variance tracing and analysis, and provide the visibility of profitable analysis by product line, and provide creative suggestion to ramping up Wuxi volume. 2. Perform margin analysis for month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter CM variances by product lines. 3. Planning, analysis of plant operation costs, provide visibility on variable cost productivity analysis, review with Great China supply chain leader to identify the improvement opportunity of VCP & BCP 4. Manage inventories, control inventory balance, reduce SMOG inventories and handle cycle count and stock count process, and provide accurate annual FIFO calculation for all product line 5. Partner with supply chain leader to drive supply chain metrics in great china region. Participate in the supply chain performance review with Asia and global team. 6. Provide financial leadership for Wuxi plant expansion projects, manage P&E CAPEX process and ensure compliance with GE GAAP. 7. Initiate and drive cross function operation process improvements. 8. Lead and coordinate the statutory audit with KPMG and other audits by local governments to deliver audit report timely and smoothly per government due date set up. 9. Lead to timely close all controllership gaps identified during internal audit and external audit to ensure appropriate internal control in place 10. Supervise bonded warehouse operation and export VAT handling to minimize GE operation cost on export business 11. Responsible for account reconciliation review and balance sheet review, improve the account rec. quality and the accuracy of balance sheet. 12. Flexible and capable to jump in emergency situation for adhoc task assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in finance 2. CAS/FMP graduate preferred 3 Over 3 years finance working experience with solid technology skill in manufacturing finance and costing 4. Familiar with PRC & US GAAP accounting procedures, familiar with the regulations of bonded warehouse operation, Attention to Detail, Ability To Handle Multiple Projects/Businesses at the Same Time 5. Good Communication Skills With Internal and External customers, fluent in English 6. Process Oriented, Strong Controllership and Compliance Mindset 7. Good Situational Leadership and Ability to Work in a Metrics Environment
