As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for design and development of new or existing products focusing on product components enhancement and improvement. 

  

作为CAE分析的重要一员，主责是对产品冲水性能的研究并验证，同时对现有产品的性能进行改良及新配件开发的性能模拟。

• Major in the flushing analysis and simulation for new projects, including the flush area analysis, the water stress or strain in the rim and the channel, the flow rate and velocity analysis, and the performance test for other relative components.

  负责新产品开发中的产品冲水性能模拟，包括冲刷面积分析、圈及管道水流压力分析、流速流量分析，以及其它相关配件的性能分析。

   

• Major in the structure analysis and simulation for ceramic products and components, including the force situation, the intensity and the deformation analysis, and so on. Then provide a technical feasibility analysis to others.

  负责部件结构模拟，分析产品的受力情况，强度模拟及变形趋势，提供方案的可行性分析。

   

• Update and improve the existing products performance,  and get the optimization plan,

  负责改良型的产品性能模拟，并提供改进方案进行优化设计。

   

• To know how to design the experiment scheme and how to carry it into execution，compare the experimental data and theoretical data. Then get a reasonable solution and implement.

  熟悉实验方案的设计、实验条件的选择和实验过程的实施。 通过实验数据和理论数据的对比，找到合理的解决方案并实施。

   

• Focus on the basic research, such as the water-saving platform, the channel - rim optimization, the water head loss ratio, etc.

  产品基础性研究，包括节水型管道研究、水道和圈的优化研究，水量损失研究等。
