职位描述
Job Description:
1. Continuously improve the Ethylene Oxide sterilization production process to improve the production system stability
2. Trouble shooting for the issues in the production
3. Work with Technical and engineering department to develop the sterilization process
4. Improve the process to reduce the production cost on material, utilities.
5. Optimize the process to improve the machine and labor efficiency
6. Train the production team about the production process
7. SOP update and maintenance
Requirement and Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above on chemical or pharmaceutical engineering
2. 3 year experience in a manufacture environment within MNC
3. Experience on Lean - Six sigma
4. Experience on EO sterilization is expected
5. Fluent Oral and written English
6. Good PC skill
