Title:Project Manager, New Product Introduction (NPI)

Reports to (Title):Director, Regional Operations Development – China

职位职责：
1. POLICIES: Know & follow JJM SZ policies & procedures & assure the compliance of JJM SZ policies & procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.
2. TRAINING: Complete training in area of responsibility & assure the compliance within allowed time-period. Training is required for changes in existing policies & procedures, for new assignments & for implementation of new policies & procedures. Complete required periodic re-training & assure that required periodic re-training takes place for direct reports in areas such as safety and environmental.
3. SAFETY: Set standards for safe behavior. Recognize & reward safe behavior in others. Ensure that direct reports employ safe practices. Enforce safety policies & procedures. Evaluate staff member’s safety performance & insure that safety is a part of each direct report’s GPMS.
4. Partners with MD&D Supply Chain Organization to transfer new products from development to base business.
5. Responsible for aligning the assigned projects with MD&D supply chain strategy
6. Adhere to related PDP process/governance and FPX process elements
7. Integrating voice of customer into supply chain organization for Sector needs
8. Development and commercialization activities including areas such as Validation, Process and Technology Development, Tech Development and Manufacturing readiness
9. Organize review meetings to identify assembly and special manufacturing processes and risks for all new products. This includes driving or participating in all DFM (design for manufacturability) and DFA (design for assembly) activities.
10. Responsible for building new process and technology capabilities related to new products, partnering with MD&D SC. Identify risks and work with the team to assure mitigations are complete prior to launch.
11. Leads Design To Value (DTV) and PDP process improvement for MD&D business.

任职要求：
1. Minimum 8 years in project management in a New Product Development or New Product Introduction organization within a multinational company, preferably in a medical devices and diagnostics environment
2. In-depth knowledge of project management principles and experienced in work breakdown and project team structure
3. Proven capability of leading a cross functional team with no direct reporting relationship and/or limited authority in ambiguous and complex environment
4. Skilled in critical path analysis, risk assessment & mitigation/backup planning and working around schedule constraints
5. Previous experience in product development and commercialization
6. Proven success in:
6.1 Driving design to value in new products with measurable results: quality, cost and delivery time
6.2 Understanding the linkages in supply chain from demand planning through delivery to customer
6.3 Building interdependent partnerships to optimize value proposition with limited authority
6.4 BS in Engineering with subsequent practice in Industry
