1) Improve the manufacturing efficiency and optimizing production manufacturing process with ME, PE and production personnel together, reduce the waste, Reduce cost和ME,PE及生产人员合作提升生产效率及优化生产制造流程，减少浪费，降低成本
2) Responsible for establishing and optimizing working hours, and ensure the accuracy of the data负责工时制定及优化，确保数据的准确性
3) The layout of the workshop production planning and optimization, to ensure that more reasonable use of space and optimization of logistics对生产车间的布局进行规划及优化,确保更合理的利用空间和优化物流
4) Productivity evaluation and analysis产能评估及分析
5) Lead and implement improvement projects, eliminate waste and reduce the cost领导并执行改善项目,消除浪费及降低成本

Requirements:
- Five years working experience五年以上工作经验
- be familiar with mechanical drawing standard, understand sheet metal manufacturing and Complex assembly process熟悉机械制图标准，了解钣金制造工艺和复杂装配流程
- proficient in IE working techniques, familiar with lean manufacturing methods and work flow, the improvement of actual combat experience精通IE工作手法，熟悉精益制造方法及工作流程，有现场改善的实战经历

Professional Knowledge 专业知识:
- Industrial engineering or mechanical engineering, college graduate or college degree or above工业工程专业或机械类专业，大专或大专以上学历

Skills 其他技能:
- good team work spirit and strong self-motivation spirit良好团队合作精神及强烈的自我激励精神
- fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing英文听说读写流畅
- sheet metal industry experience is preferred,有钣金行业经验尤佳。
