市场分析和上市经理 Marketing Intelligence & Launch Management Manager（工作地点：南京）

Responsibilities:

-. Voice of the customer analysis / consumer insight.

-. Industry analysis: competitors' strategy, products, manufacturing; detergent suppliers; textile industry; regulation and standards.

-. Trend analysis: Mega trends, consumer trends, industry trends, design trends.

-. New products launce management, via defining unique selling proposition and deriving marketing promotion concepts and storyline.

-. Sales and marketing analysis: sales channel development, digital media.

-. Innovation management driven by the input from the above fields.

Requirements:

-. Bachelor or Master in Marketing, MBA highly desired.

-. Familiar with home appliance industry is preferred, marketing driven industries, consumer industries, market research: electronic/ phones/ fast moving consumer goods (Nestle, P&G, Sony, Nokia...).

-. More Than 5 yrs working experience in foreign invested companies.

-. Good communication skills, fluent in English, good MS office skills.

-. Willing to learn, responsible, self-motivation, team spirit, result-oriented

-. Willingness to travel.
