Requirements:
* Bachelor degree or above.
* Good English in both verbal and writing.
* Above 8 years at least and minimum 3 years experience in a managerial position in a manufacturing company. Work experience in an international company will be preferable.
* Good knowledge of IFRS, China GAAP and tax laws.
* Good interpersonal skills and strong leadership.
* Capable of working under pressure, be good at resolving complicated issues.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Costing, Accounting and Reporting
1.1 Ensure all proper costing and accounting procedures are in place and complied with Group policies and SOX requirements.
1.2 Monitor the standard costing system, ensure the right standards and explain costing variances.
1.3 Interpret financials to management in a timely manner.
1.4 Handle all audits related to financial statements.

2. Budgeting and Analyzing
2.1 Coordinate all departments to prepare annual budget and five years plan on a yearly basis.
2.2 Design, support to design and follow up departments' KPI which identify business drivers to meet the company strategic plan;
2.3 Identify opportunities / problems to improve operation efficiency and profitability through relevant analysis.

3. Tax and FX compliance, tax planning
3.1 Ensure all tax and foreign exchange matters are complied with China laws and regulations.
3.2 Keep management posted about the updates of tax laws.
3.3 Raise proper proposals for tax saving and solutions to FX issues.

4. Assets and Credit terms management
4.1 Design and follow proper procedures, such as physical counting, credit control, and so on, to ensure company assets (including PPE, inventory, AR, etc) in a safe state.
4.2 Take an active part in credit and AR management for the Trading Co.

5. Risk management, Internal control and SOX compliance
5.1 Be responsible for insurance and legal affairs.
5.2 Ensure effective internal control system is in place and complied with SOX requirements.
5.3 Be responsible for SOX audits.

6. Train Finance team and others
6.1 Train and develop the financial staffs in their daily job.
6.2 Ad-hoc assignment as needed.
