职责:
1. 组装制程开发:组装方法提议/流程/临时制程指导文件/间接物料清单/上料清单
2. 新制程技术开发与部署,如: 点胶,超声波焊接.压合,防尘制程,防水产品测试,等等
3. 制程优化/防呆防错手法运用
4. UPH/工时平衡/生产效能提升的持续推动
5. 组装设备/夹具工具开发
6. 品质问题的持续改善及良率的提升
7. 通过开展6Sigma项目推进生产成本的持续降低
8. 提供DFA服务及检查
9. 对各种电子产品提供Teardown及报价服务
10. 对新老客户提供工程报价及报价复核服务


职位要求：
1. 6年或以上组装制程开发经验,
2. 具备较强的人际交往能力及解决问题能力
3. 本科及以上学历,机械工程及相关专业毕业
4. 拥有丰富的机械工艺知识
5. 熟悉各种机构件组装手法
6. 熟练操作Pro-E及AUTO-CAD
7. 英语4级及以上,良好的英文读写/英语口语交流能力
