Responsibilities:
Within the team you will organize the China local supplier base as well as take care about all finished goods shipping related activities (including customs handling). You will work closely with our Purchasing Manager in Germany to follow company guidelines. You will report directly to the General manager.
? Price, incoterms, forecasting
? Procurement of services, equipment, components, packaging
? implementation and evaluation of requests, from within the organization, and negotiations of prices and conditions
? Complete order processing including the forward-tracking
? Developing, reviewing and reporting of procurement data
? You follow stocks and daily schedules ready for the incoming and outgoing product flows.
? Telephone contacts with customers and suppliers are an essential part of your job.
? You shall ensure a proper administrative settlement of our logistics processes.
? You will manage the purchasing /logistics department as well as the warehouse department
? Responsible for S/CRM

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree in purchasing and/or logistics
? 5 years' experience in the automotive industry in a purchasing position
? Good negotiation skills, high sense of responsibility, very structured and team-oriented approach
? Native Chinese, fluent English in speaking and writing. Basic knowledge of Germen would be appreciated
? Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools
