Responsibilities:
Coordinates and manages supplier quality systems for our Kunshan plant purchased parts. Develops and approves new supplier's quality and production systems to ensure that purchased parts meet product specifications. Integral part of new product launches including both supplier and parts development for manufacturing. You report to the QA manager.
? Support the APQP process to the full extend
? Support NPI projects
? Communicates with cooperate QM and purchasing on joint problem solving
? Executes the process series before SOP (Start of Production) with the suppliers (world-wide) to reach PSW on time
? Develops new and challenging supplier's annual quality plans
? Approves and reviews the monthly supplier rating and prepares the QBR from QA side
? Executes product and process audits on annual basis and due to occurred errors and supplier rating results and initiates counteractions and counteraction verification
? Leads quality problem solving process for supplier related issues
? Audits the quality management system at the supplier location(s)
? Validates start up ability for new parts/processes
? Manages the part approval process for assigned suppliers
? Participates in internal warranty reduction problem solving activities regarding purchased parts

Qualifications:
? bachelor studies in electronics, mechanics or quality control
? minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive electronics industry as a QA manager
? You have proven hands-on expertise on automotive quality processes and tools
? Native Mandarin speaker/writer. Fluent English in speaking and writing and we find knowledge of German desirable.
? extensive knowledge of the microsoft office tools and quality-management tools
? You are independent and have an organized way of working, you are assertiveness, and you show commitment and trust

Requirements:
? Extensive knowledge about MSA, FMEA, statistical process analysis tools
? Able and willing to travel (China and abroad)
? Strong personality
? Calm
