Responsibilities:
Within the team you will organize the warehouse and report to the logistics and purchasing manager.
? Overall responsibility for the storage, shipping and receiving of goods
? Control and monitoring flow of materials
? Compliance with the storage and shipping guidelines
? Inventory management for the area
? Responsible for packaging regulations - consultation with the customer and supplier and customs
? Maintain ISO TS 16949 rules
? Strict FIFO management on incoming and outgoing goods
? Allocation and kitting of production materials according production orders
? Delivery of goods for shipment to customer
? Regular inventory checks
? Manage the warehouse team
? First aid support
? Forklift maintenance
? 5S for warehouse
? Correct entry of goods flow in ERP system
? Responsibilities for Health and Safety in warehouse

Qualifications:
? You have a professional training in warehouse management
? Hands-on experience of at least 3 years
? Official license to operate a forklift
? Preferred experience in automotive production environment
? Proven experience on leading a warehouse team
? Native Chinese speaker and basic English language skills in speaking and writing
? You should have knowledge of the microsoft office tools.
