Develop the assigned market, reaching assigned sales targets, generate profitable revenue.

Identify opportunities for the company's products and services, develop client relationship and outreach, promote company services, arrange exhibition and participate in trade shows or other sales/ marketing events to increase market penetration in the region.

Define customized sales/ marketing strategies for each account managed through account plans in coordination with sales management.

Report on market and account development.

Make recommendations to the Management on business development activity and marketing, and on how the company can improve its market share, of its products/services in target area.

Able to blend in and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, from R&D and sales to management, and collect market intelligence in terms of sourcing trend, industrial practice, competitor information to drive sustainable growth in assigned key account and other potential market segments.

• Relevant work experience in the industrial sales sector, B2B, preferably with foreign companies.
• Degree holder or above in any discipline would be an advantage.
• Able to interpret technical information and translate into common terminology.
• Fluent English, Mandarin; local language appreciated.
• Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• An energetic, efficient, motivated self-starter, capable of organizing his own schedule and calendar to meet sales goals and stay aligned with the company values and
• Must possess strong work ethic and excellent client service skills to ensure effective and responsive client interaction (internal and external)
• Travelling is required
