Key Accountabilities岗位主要职责

Responsible for all the importing logistics activity tracking

负责所有进口物流活动的跟踪

Work with the broker for the inbound Customs clearance and CIQ for commodity inspection

与报关行合作办理进境清关和商检工作

Control the inbound clearance period and continuously improved it

控制入境清关周期，并持续提高效率

Ensure the compliance of customs

确保海关关务活动符合合规

Monitor warehouse inbound

监管仓库入库

Input accurate incoming information of goods into system

将准确的进货信息输入系统

Monthly vendor charge verification and support on payment process in partnership with

related departments

与供应商合作，每月对供应商的费用进行审核，并对付款流程提供支持

Selection Criteria任职条件

Education & Qualification

College degree or above

大专学历及以上

Experience

At least 2 years customs experience

至少2年以上海关关务经验

skills and Abilities

Familiar with written English

熟练运用书面英语

Proficient in office software，eg. Excel

熟悉办公软件（Excel）
