职位描述
Job Summary:
1) Plan sales strategy and targets. Report and analyze sales progress and market trends.
2) Achieve the sales growth and targets
3) Lead and monitor sales team
4) Responsible for business acquisition and lead acquisition team
5) Organize and execute the sales activities ( sales administration, follow-up price level, pass material price and exchange rate evolution to customers, etc)
6) Find opportunities to increase profitability of products in development and mass production
7) Develop domestic customers and new customers
8) Above 5 years work experience in industry scopes
Responsibility:
1) Negotiate business with customer ( according to Mubea target)
2) Responsible for quotation and pricing to customer
3) Responsible for the sales development ( achieve order intake targets)
4) Develop new customers
5) Keeping long term customer satisfaction ( and push customer loyalty)
6) Meet customers ( secure new business, find new business, support project development)
7) Monitor marketing analysis ( competitor, customer, product)
8) Plan, organize sales activities in close cooperation with the sales and engineering teams both in China and Global
