1. 职位概述:
Job Summary
依据事业部、职能部门的需求,计划、商议、推进并且调查研究相应的信息,配合并实施相关培训方案。全面参与培训项目的设计,授课,评估结果等工作。
Plan, consult, facilitate and research information according to the needs of BU and SP Coordinate and implement related training program. Fully involved in project process including design, deliver, and evaluate outcome and etc.
2. 主要职责:

培训/项目实施
Training/Project operations
· 与各部门和事业部领导, 特别是人力资源业务伙伴,保持良好的沟通以了解培训需求。
Maintain effective communication with the heads of BU department and HRBP to be aware of all major training needs
· 设计,组织,协调并提供培训或者项目管理流程
Design, organize, coordinate and deliver training or project process
· 与专家团队、相关的经理人自主研发培训项目;或者与第三方合作伙伴、咨询公司共同研发培训项目
Work with expertise team, relevant managers on project development; or work with 3rd party vendors and consulting company on project development
· 确认,发展并管理培训师
Validate, develop and manage trainers
· 与培训师进行有效的沟通,建立培训网络
Maintain effective communication and develop network with trainers
· 确保所有培训活动以及教材的制定都是符合公司培训政策
Ensure all training activities and materials meeting company training policies
· 开发并且更新相关的指导性文件以及培训教材
Develop and update instructional document and training material
· 与人力资源部其他团队保持密切联系以便掌握人事动态
Maintain a close liaise with the HR department to ensure the personnel movement
· 评价培训效果并及时调整并跟进
Evaluate training results and adjust and follow-up in time.
· 监督培训流程及员工绩效,预估潜在问题
Anticipate potential problems by monitoring training flow and employee performance

Administrative Management
· 管理并跟踪被分配的培训/项目预算
Manage and track allocated training/project budget
· 记录并评估培训数据(关键绩效指标)
Track and assess training record (KPI)
· 维护培训/项目的相关行政事务
Maintain administrative tasks related to training project
沟通与合作
Communication & Corporation
· 根据业务需要,建立适用的培训体系,对于可能出现的新型管理/运作模式,与相关部门进行有效的沟通和引导。
According to business needs, establish a proper training system, effectively communicate with relevant department for new management/operation module.
· 监督地区培训团队的工作以期达到最大执行结果
Monitoring Regional Training Team to ensure maximum implementation result
· 按事业部的要求提供相应培训报告
Provide required report to BU
· 确保高级管理人员根据培训目标管理下属
Ensure Sr. Management Level of people monitor their subordinates in terms of training purpose and action indication
· 社会责任与公司形象
Corporate Responsibility & Image
· 推广索迪斯形象,特别是纠正有可能发生的第三方关于索迪斯形象任何负面或不正确的看法。
Participate to the promotion of the image of Sodexo on his/her area; in particular rectify any negative or inappropriate perception 3rd party might have of Sodexo image.

Bachelor degree or above
- 工作经验
Working Experience
5年以上的培训经验
5 years and above training experience
2年以上经理级岗位管理经验
2 years and above working experience on manager position - 专业技能
