Mission:

Under the responsibility of the Maintenance manager, the Production Electric engineer are responsible the maintenance work of Autoliv electronic China including SMT, assembly and some parts of test, also including some off line equipment ;

His main targets are:

- To identify and put in place necessary means (human, material) to fulfil his mission, taking in account of cost, quality and time.

- To analyze performance indicators & implement corrective actions associated

- To improve production lines according to Autoliv standards & cost targets

- To support local and global project.

Main tasks:

To implement & follow up TPM tools on production line.

To follow up Breakdown rate, preventive rate and TPM indicators & actions plan associated in accordance with cost, quality and lead time objectives of the project and the company.

To manage spare parts including the availability, effectiveness and inventory

Initiate and standardize the preventive maintenance system/trouble shooting.

To take a leading role in continuous improvement and in the resolution of identified problems associated maintenance .

To take part in line specification writing and line validation

To introduce and the push the APS tools application in the team.

To take part in PFMEA redacting /updating & actions plan associated

To support work of others function such as Customer Quality Support team technically

To participate to 8D report (external & internal)

To participate to technical committee

Within ISO TS 16949: Manages “program” processes by:

- Defining and measuring objectives attainment.

- Launching containment and solving actions if issues occur.

- Identifying improvement opportunities and managing improvement action plans.

- Respecting cost targets.

Authorities and accountabilities:

3 to 4 existing product families to support.

Supervision: dot line manage the production maintenance technician.

Select, hire maintenance technician. Evaluate the performance at least one a year and develop team skills

Competences:

Level (diploma) required:

Bachelor degree or above on electricity, mechanical, automation, and related engineering education background

Experience:

Solid maintenance experience on in the field of electrical or automation industry

Experienced on TPM introduction

Experienced on working within international project ..

PLC program &”C” language program will be needed .

Technical skills required:

Solid knowledge on automation system ,pneumatic system, etc.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing.

Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:

Team work spirit.

Mature Leader ship skill
