1. Responsibilities:

l Access Control

进出管控

n During work time, supervise situation of the passageway, prevent outside unauthorized people entry into the company.

在工作期间，监管各进出口的情况，防止外来人员混入公司内。

n Prevent employees or visitors to carry in inflammable or explosive dangerous goods.

防止员工或者访客携带易燃易爆等危险品进入公司。

n Check suspicious people to make sure no unauthorized goods be taken in/out.

对可疑的进出人员进行盘问，确认没有未授权的物品带入或者带出公司。

n Monitoring the CCTV system.

监管CCTV系统。

n Supply, contractor entry/out control and safety management.

供应商、承包商的进出管理和安全管理。

l Patrol

巡逻

n Be responsible for patrolling the plant including inside and outside.

负责厂区内外的巡逻和检查。

n Familiar to the function of each area, and clearly understand where the key areas locate.

熟悉各个区域的功能和用途，并清楚重点区域的位置。

n Investigate every suspicious and process it.

查明巡逻中发现任何可疑现象并处理。

n Prevent any outside unauthorized people to access company’s IT resource.

禁止外部人员接触公司的IT资源。

n Prevent stealing and control the thief then report.

阻止偷盗行为的同时控制偷盗人员，并立即上报。

n When find quarreling or fighting, should discourage and report immediately.

发现吵架，打架斗殴的，应予劝阻，并立即上报。

n Supervise the non-smoking areas.

监督非吸烟区的情况。

n In case of fire accident , should report and organize fire fighting immediately.

发现火灾险情应当立即上报，并组织扑救。

l Other Responsibilities

n According to company’s requirements to work and rest, overtime or on duty.

根据公司要求的作息时间上班、加班或值班。

n Keep all kinds of records of daily work.

保存每天工作中所产生的各种记录。

n Check the safety and security equipments.

参与检查各种安全器材。

n Coordinate and organize the drills of emergency response plan.

协调和组织公司的应急预案的演练。

n Safety inspection and management of the construction projects.

施工项目的巡查和安全管理。

n Support to incidents investigation.

配合事件调查。

n In case of any emergency, should maintain the security order.

当发生突发事件的时候，应当维持安保秩序。

n Responsible for the other requirements which the superior assigned.
