Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical / electronic engineering.
- Minimum 3-5year's relevant experience in the automotive industry, automotive supplier environment is preferred. (and/or commercial vehicles i.e. trucks, farm equipment, construction)
- Minimum 2 years testing equipment maintenance experience in the automotive instrumentation and modules industry
- Working experience in a multi-national company is preferred
- Strong computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office.
- Strong skills for automotive equipment, device handling.
- Knowledge on E/E automotive product especially instrument cluster and body control module international testing standard for environment, EMC, EMI and specified vehicle characteristic; communication management, communication multiplexing networks, CAN, LIN. and digital control.
- Knowledge on automotive product testing equipment requirement especially instrument cluster and body control module. (e.g. Function testing equipment, durability testing equipment, EOL testing equipment)
- Knowledge of software environment like emulators, logic analyzers, compilers.
- Knowledge/ understanding of software testing and validation.
- Knowledge/ understanding of quality tools, TS16949, DOE, PPAP, APQP.
- Motivated self-starter
- Hands-on experience in a start-up environment preferred
- Process oriented minded that understands the product launch process

- Excellent documentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibility:
- Work together with other engineering teams like HW, SW, and mechanical engineer in order to develop and design electrical/electronic modules for automotive instrument cluster and body control module.
-Testing equipment management (special testing equipment set up, calibration, maintenance,)
- Provide product testing specifications and test plans to meet or exceed internal &customer's function, environmental and reliability requirements.
- Provide hardware, software test environment and execute the software test plans and reports, for modular, integration, systems and customer acceptance.
- Provide engineering expertise at the customer to assist the customer in testing products; resolving issues and determining product testing requirements.
- Work with Internal Design Blocks, Design Standards, Recommendations and Official Norms related to the automotive industry.
- Must be able to travel within China. Travel required to Stoneridge global locations as business required.
