Primary Purpose of the Position

Problem solver who takes a pragmatic, risk-based approach to compliance and CSR

Team player who also can work independently, be pro-active and can take the initiative

Diplomatic negotiator who ensures laws and rules will be followed, helps suppliers to acheive this in a clear way

Key Accountabilities

* Conducting audits of Nilfisk suppliers to evaluate compliance with laws and Nilfisk requirements regarding anti-corruption, data privacy, health & safety, climate & environment, labor rights.

* Detecting supplier risks and identifying mitigation steps

* Conducting supplier audits in order to identify and measure supplierrisks involving bribery, environment, climate, health, safety, labor rights, discrimination, and identify relevant mitigation steps

* Providing suppliers with training on Nilfisk requirements

* Helping suppliers to understand and comply with Nilfisk's Code of Conduct and other key compliance, CSR, regulatory and quality requirements

* Drafting audit reports

* Writing and submitting reports of audits

* Follow-up supplier audits

* Conducting follow up audits at key suppliers when the initial audti revealed serious lack of compliance and a requirement for supplier to carry out important risk mitigation steps. Follow up audits will determine whether suppliers have adequatly mitigtated the risks

Selection Criteria

* University (Bachelor)

* Experience: 3-5 years

* Minimum 2 years experience at a production facility working with compliance or corporate social responsibility (CSR)

* Experience at factories with CSR and legal compliance issues (especially anti-corruption)

3-5 years experience working with CSR and legal compliance matters involving production facilities and at least 2 years' experience in conducting CSR and compliance audits; understanding of supplier risks, e.g. bribery

* Fluency in English at a business negotiation level

* Travel time: 60-90 days annually
