Report to Shanghai Business Development committee
Qualification
Bachelor degree or above
Ø Major in legal or marketing is preferred
Ø Above 3 years relevant working experience in brand management
Ø relevant experience with law firm(s) is a plus
Ø Good command of oral and written Mandarin and English
Ø Skills in industry information research
Ø Analytical ability and good business sense
Ø Strategic and logical thinking, with attention to details
Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ø Strong in PC (ppt,Word, Excel,etc.) familiar with designing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) and skilled in operating the software to complete work is a plus but not required
Ø Proactive and motivated with good team spirit

Department Responsibilities
Ø Work closely with chief partners and regional BD&Marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics for efficient brand building in target market
Ø Assist in developing overall BD strategy that is in line with the business goals
Ø Organize and execute BD campaigns and marketing events with necessary internal/external resources to generate brand awareness and explore business potential
Ø Coordinate agencies to develop marketing materials for brand management needs
Ø Provide execution guidelines and templates to integrate the practice and performance of regional marketing executives

Ø Analyze and report marketing data
Ø Research and integrate industry news, trends and have insight in business development

Ø Assist in preparing proposals, capability statements and other relevant documents that cut across all disciplines of the business
Ø Achieve other daily work as requested
