• College or university graduate with at least 1 year working experience in customer service and international trade service related industry
• Strong commercial skills
• Good computer skills and manner
• Good interpersonal skill and with positive teamwork spirit
• Good spoken & written English; CET 4 or above
• Aggressive & willing to work under pressure

Job Description

• Checking final documents and contacting exporters for revised final documents in case of discrepancy found.
• Preparing report of findings via AS400 system
• Checking drafts of the certificate before issuance
• Issuing CRF within maximum 48 hours following receipt of FD
• Issuing amendment if error id detected in report of finding
• Doing filling and keeping the records of complete files
• Answering customers' inquiries by mail or other within 24 hours.
• Well coordination with other staff members or BV units (Pricing and Coding Analysts, PICs, etc.)
• Any other tasks designated by N+1
