职位描述
Title:Network & Telecom Engineer (Contractor)
Department:I/T Shared Services, (Global Operations,Global Network Operations)
Location:Shanghai
Reports to (Title):GNO Field Operation Manager for Greater China
KEY MEASURES:
§ Responsible for the Internet report for whole ASPAC region.
§ Provide technical support for Voice & network in Greater China (China, HK, TW).
§ Responsible for the ordering and payment paper work.
§ Act as the site contact for the specific locations for network/voice service delivery;
§ Ensure all the operation documentation are accurate and completed to support the ongoing operation & projects.
§ Work cross-IT Shared Services and with business to facilitate Voice/Network service delivery.
§ Coordinate with suppliers & outsourced Vendors to ensure the service level.
§ Support Voice & Network request & projects as SME (Subject Matter Expert).
§ Hands on work & Overtime work needed
Required Competencies and Skills:
§ BS Degree.
§ 3+ years working experience in IT, especially in Internal IT Operation function.
§ Sound knowledge and experience in telecom, PBX, VoIP, UC, familiar with the Nortel/Avaya PBX products and technology;
§ Sound knowledge and experience in network architecture, especially in managed router/LAN/ WAN/WLAN/Security, familiar with Cisco products;
§ Experience in cabling/fiber system;
§ Working in a Global, Virtual Environment.
§ Good international team collaboration skills.
§ Good verbal and written English skills.
§ CCNP, ACS, ITILv3 certification preferred. Basic knowledge in other IT areas is a plus, such as Server, Video, applications, etc.
