职位描述
Purpose of this role:
To meet the recruiting needs from Shanghai based regional roles, continuously expand and improve the recruiting channel to better support recruitment of different level and improve the recruitment effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
·Develop and execute recruitment action plans
·Review and update job description with each department regularly
·Release recruitment information through internal and external channels, develop and maintain good relationship with vendors
·Talent research, assessment and selection through CVs collection and interviews, partner with line managers to identify suitable talents according to the job requirements
·Arrange and coordinate interviews, and contact shortlisted candidates
·Organize or participate in recruitment activities such as campus recruitment, job fair etc.
·Report and analyze recruiting progress to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness
·Other task assigned by HR Manager
Requirements:
·Bachelor or above degree in HR or psychology related majors
·3-5 years' work experience in recruitment function, recruiting experience of law and accounting is a plus
·Good interpersonal and communication skills
·Take initiatives to work independently and be able to work under pressure
·Fluent written and spoken English skills required, strong PC skills
