Responsibilities:
Manage project from construction side including layout, design, cost, schedule and quality controlling
Negotiate with local governments (including the Land Administration Bureau, Labor Bureau, Bureau of Water Resources and so on) to finish application and approval procedures
Carry out the indication to predigest the construction.
Identify and track problems in projects
Prepare relevant project documents and audits
Continuously improve process and cross dept. coordination
Other tasks assigned by Superior


Requirements:
Bachelor degree, major in civil engineering or related
Strong experience and expertise with plant building construction.
Good project management skills
Experience on supervisory position is a plus
Proficient in English.
Good communication and coordination skills
