职位描述
Responsibilities:
Direct and improve supply chain operations including but not limited to inventory control, warehouse, order fulfillment, shipping.
Ensure efficient delivery of all supply chain functions including delivery to customer schedules
Setup and review strategy, system, and work flow across all consumer supply chain areas
Establish clear KPI's for supply chain function to meet the expectation of the company
Generate and properly manage operating budgets and capital expenditure budgets within the area of responsibility
Manage and control Standard Operating Procedures
Mentor and develop subordinates to build high performing teams
Manage and perform all supply chain activities consistent with professional ethical standards
Requirements:
Bachelor 's Degree with specialization in supply chain management or related fields
At least 15 years work experience in supply chain area in manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 5 years manager position in large supply chain operations
Strong leadership and people management abilities
Good knowledge in legislation and regulation related to supply chain
Strategic thinker: uses creative and innovative problem solving approach
Familiar with ERP preferably SAP system in a manufacturing industry
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
