PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

l Assist Sourcing Manager on sourcing new suppliers

l Conduct and arrange supplier on-site audits

l Collect and analysis raw material price for key commodities

l Negotiate price with suppliers and ensure of cost reduction

l Work with Quality department to solve quality issues

l Coordinate with Planning department to ensure of on time delivery

l Early supplier involvement in product design stage

l Maintain SAP INFO record database

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
• Above 3 years’ experience in multinational industrial companies.
• CIPS, CPSM, CPM or CEQ is preferred.

SKILLS:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with working experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good language skills both in English and Chinese.
• Team work sprit, supportive attitude and hard working.
• Be proficient in metal parts, casting, forging, structural steel, enamel steel, chemicals, frit, and plastic material sourcing
• Be familiar with supplier management and purchasing procedure in manufacturing industry
