根据图纸、供货条件、技术规范、检验计划进行生产

    

o根据产品的不同阶段，同质化和系列化生产阶段

    

o本岗位主要负责发电机机架、运输工具、塔架及塔架内件等钢件的检验

    

及时准确的报告

    

?原型支持&全局SQA根据全局流程考虑的第一个样本一致性

    

ncr和Q-Notification与SQE保持一致

    

?经中国QHSE经理考虑，向中国QHSE经理提供有关工作范围的一般信息

    

?该职位主要负责发电机框架、运输工具、塔架及塔架内部构件。

要求：

    

质量管理，ISO 9001和过程审核。

    

?较高的中英文水平

    

?机械类专业

具备焊接检验知识，具备NDT、CWI或IWI资质者优先，可在不同的供应商现场出差

    

?对商品有专门的检验和测试知识

    

语言/水平:英语流利。

Job Name : Welding Inspector

    

    

    

General description / Mision: Guarantee and facilitate the compliance with the Nordex Group global quality standards for suppliers in China.

    

    

    

Tasks / Funciones:

    

? Direct report to QHSE Manager in China, and functional report to Global SQA

    

? Perform the inspection for parts which sent out from China and to assemble in Nordex, and organized under global and local SQA

    

o According to drawing, Supply Condition, technical specification, inspection plans

    

o According to different phase of the products, homologation and serial production phase

    

o This position mainly focus for the inspection of steel parts, such as generator frame, transportation tools, tower and tower internals

    

? Reporting on time and accurate

    

? Prototype support & First samples homologation when considered by Global SQA according to the global process

    

? NCR & Q-Notification follow up in the alignment with SQE

    

? Generally information regarding scope of work towards QHSE Manager China when considered by QHSE Manager China

    

? This position is mainly focus on the generator frames, transportation tools, tower and tower internals.

Hierarchical: China SQA Manager

    

REQUIRED PROFILE / PERFIL REQUERIDO (not mandatory for Division Europe)

    

    

Qualification/Training :

    

Quality management, ISO 9001 and process audits.

    

    

    

Profile :

    

? High Chinese and English language level

    

? Technician degree

    

? Experience in Quality Control

    

? Knowledge of welding inspection, qualification in NDT, CWI or IWI preferred Based in different supplier site, available to travel between different supplier locations

    

? Specific inspection and testing knowledge for the commodity

    

    

Languages/Level : Fluent English.

    

    

Experience : at lease 5 years working experience.

Wind turbine assembly plants

ACCIONA Windpower has five wind turbine manufacturing facilities, three in Spain, one in the USA and one in Brazil. Their total annual production capacity is 4,000 MW. ACCIONA Windpower also has an assembly plant for hubs and other components in Toledo (Spain) and has opened a blade production plant in Navarre (Spain) in 2009.


Turbines in wind parks in twelve countries
By the end of 2012 ACCIONA Windpower had installed wind turbines in wind farm in different countries as: Spain, the US, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Australia, China, South Korea, Italy, Greece, France, Poland, Brazil, the UK.

A good part of these projects have been (or will be) carried out by other companies with which ACCIONA Windpower has signed contracts for the supply of turbines. This modality will increase over the next few years.
