Main responsibilities
? To explore and develop the Datacolor solutions to non-textile industries, focus on Automotive, Painting and Plastic industries.
? To develop the future needs from other industries’ application beside the 3 above
? To develop business plan and meet yearly budget
? To lead, develop and drivesales team and achieve targets in terms of sales revenues, profitability and growth
? To translate corporate vision into regional strategy

Qualifications
? Bachelor Degree or above
? Working experience with instruments sales to industries is preferably
? Sales experience and network in plastic / painting or automotive industries will be considered as a big advantage
? Entrepreneurial spirit, highly self-motivated and ambitious, positive attitude and problem solving Highly organized with strong presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills
? Strong leadership to drive the business, team management and people development
? Experience of working in a multicultural environment
? Fluent in Mandarin, English
