Customer Service Representative to Swedish company
Our client is a leading supplier of branding accessories for apparel clients in Europe. The group has offices in many countries around the world with a turnover of about 300M RMB.
The role and Responsibility
? Manage and co-ordinate various client accounts, including handling customer orders, reviewing stock levels and also monitoring outstanding payments from customers.
? Analyze inquires and make related offers and quotations.
? Keep close relation with product development team when taking over new client accounts and also handling some small developments directly.
? Communicate with European sales offices and/or direct with clients to ensure the smooth operation of accounts.
? Make and collect after sales requests and guest comment.
? Handling phone calls and emails.
? Updating data in the company's system.
? Report to customer service Manager.
Experience and Characteristics
? Skilled in office software.
? Good interpersonal and communication skills.
? Good personality with sense of responsibility, patience, carefulness and service.
? Strong command of written and oral English.
? Detail oriented and organized.
? Bachelor degree or higher in trading/apparel or related major
? Relevant working experience is preferred.
? Being familiar with ERP is preferred.
