根据大客户的需求，联系工厂相关部门或供应商，为客户提供证明;

将样品发送给客户，并根据最新的要求对样品进行修改，并与最终产品的要求相匹配;

为客户提供产品报价及价格谈判，为客户带来新订单，最大限度地实现利益最大化;

耐心处理客户投诉，如产品短缺、质量问题、发货问题等;

定期拜访大客户，与客户建立良好的关系，发展密切的互动关系;

实现目标业绩，满足公司业务发展需要;

必要时通过CC call等BD方式开发新的业务机会;

与团队成员有效协调，及时向部门经理汇报反馈或结果;

定期准备并带领大客户通过工厂审核;

完成集团或客户要求的周/月/季/年报告;

其他任务。

Act as a project support role in daily work, provide all-around services and link the company business development with key accounts;

On the basis of needs from key accounts, contact with factory relevant departments or suppliers and make a proof for customers;

Send samples to customers, and in terms of the latest request to modify samples, and match the final products consistent with demands;

Provide products quotation and price negotiation with customers to bring new orders and maximize the benefits to the greatest extent;

Deal with the customers complains in patience, such as products shortage, quality issue, delivery problems, etc.;

Customer visits for key accounts termly, be aim to build strong relationships and develop close interaction with customers;

Achieve the targeted performance to meet the company's business development needs;

Develop new business opportunities by means of CC calls and other BD methods in necessity;

Coordinate with team player efficiently and report feedbacks or results to the line manager in time;

Prepare and lead to pass the audit for the factory from key accounts regularly;

Complete weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports required by group or customers;

Other tasks.

requirements

大专以上学历，市场营销专业优先;

3年以上销售客户管理工作经验;

熟练使用MS Office等相关操作系统;

商务谈判、沟通和表达能力;

良好的商业分析和问题解决能力;

流利的中英文听说读写能力;

上进心强，能承受工作压力;

愿意出差。

College degree or above, major in Marketing is preferred;

Over 3 years sales account management working experience;

Good command on MS Office, and other related operating system;

Business negotiation, communication and presentation skills;

Good sense and logic in commercial analysis and problem solving;

Fluent in Mandarin and English, both in oral and written;

Self-motivated and can work under pressure;

Be willing to take business trip.
