团队助理（第三方员工）
工作地点: 上海
支持部门: 宠物&奶牛团队
职位描述:
与其它部门合作保证各大区销售队伍的正常运作及销售团队与公司内部的有效沟通协助团队经理日常行政事务的处理，
相关文件的起草及翻译团队经理出差期间, 机票, 酒店及地面交通的安排在Ariba系统中完成团队相关费用的提交（包含供应商、讲师建库/费用申请/结算）
团队内部会议如POA及外部客户会议的安排和协调（机票预订/酒店预订/会议安排）协助市场部完成团队礼品采购和印刷品制作
团队招标文件制作
团队文件的妥善保管和归档完成主管交给的其它工作
职位要求:
大专以上学历，1-2年助理及相应管理经验者优先
良好的英语听说口译能力
熟练的计算机操作
工作责任感, 仔细, 可信赖, 预见性, 工作主动, 乐观
