一、任职条件

1、教育背景：临床医学专业，大专或以上学历，一定的英文沟通能力。

2、工作经验：五年工作经验，其中三年以上皮肤科、皮肤激光临床经验。

3、知识/技能：熟悉公司产品及竞争产品情况，有深厚的行业背景。了解品牌定位、形象建设、产品推广和管理维护的内容及业务流程。

4、素质要求：

具有较强的沟通协调能力、逻辑分析能力、公关能力；对市场具有敏锐的判断力；有进取意识，并善于创新。具备在压力下出色完成工作的能力，能适应经常出差。

二、职位职责

1、负责客户的临床应用培训及公司的产品培训。

2、负责客户的临床培训和培训中心的管理和建设。包括设备操作，临床参数选择。针对内部销售人员进行产品培训；

3、负责各类培训活动的策划与组织；包括国内外大型会议及省级学术会议的组织、安排和执行。

4、市场及销售活动支持,各种学术会议中产品介绍,演示,演讲等；

5、其他上级领导交办的事项。

Working requirement& qualification
. Education: Clinical medicine professional, college or higher education, some English communication skills.
. Work experience: More than five years correlation work experience.More than three years of the Dermatology experience、skin laser clinical experience.
. Knowledge / skills: Familiar with the products and competitive products of the company, have strong industry sales background. Strong industry background，understanding brand positioning, image construction, product promotion and maintenance management of content and business process.
. Quality requirements: Strong judgment ability of the market, communication skills, innovation and l learning ability; sensitive to the market; the progressive consciousness, and be good at innovation and work well under pressure and adapt to travel frequently.
Job Responsibilities
. Training: Clinical used training for customer;
. Product clinical training for interior salesman;
. Scheme and organize for various kinds of training activities;
. Activities support: Sales and market activities support, including various kinds of science meeting for product introduce 、 demonstrated 、gave a lecture;
. Other tasks designed by the director
