岗位职责

1) 更新、撰写、管理并执行HR内部相关制度、流程，确保制度流程合规和可操作，包括但不限于员工入离职、内部调动、岗位变动、劳动合同管理、员工福利管理等

2) 确保人力资源运营团队日常工作顺畅进行，与BP团队密切合作，保障人力资源工作在事务所内体系化管理，不断提升人力资源服务品质和水平

3) 进行人力资源数据运营分析，为业务部门及BP团队提供数据支持

4) 负责EHR系统的升级、迭代项目，与IT合作进行供应商筛选，对项目的可行性及预算进行有效管理

5) 负责事务所内部ESS体系搭建，对接事务所内部系统管理及人力资源系统信息合规化管理

任职资格

1) 统招本科及以上学历，心理学、人力资源管理、法学或计算机相关专业优先

2) 5年以上企业人力资源服务管理和员工关系管理的专业经验

3) 有人力资源系统搭建经验或人力资源体系、流程管理经验优先

4) 有Oracle， SAP，workday等系统操作经验优先

5) 出色的数据整合分析能力和协调沟通能力，全局观的工作视角

6) 思路清晰逻辑性强，可独立解决复杂问题，能承担较强的工作压力

7) 语言要求：CET-4以上

8) 专业要求：心理学、人力资源管理、法学或计算机相关专业优先
