About our client
Our client is the leading independent global property consultancy.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market surveys, positioning and financial feasibility analysis
- Arrange meeting and conduct presentations to developers
- Conduct project based consultancy assignments
- Arrange and accompany client on property inspections
Requirements
- Degree in real estate, business or related discipline
- At least 3 years' experience in retail or office consultancy
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding about mixed-use development
- Strong customer-service mindset;good negotiation and influencing skills
- A team player who can also work independently and a fast learner
