职位描述：

1、负责与甲方沟通协调；

2、全面主持装修项目的日常管理工作，具有丰富的现场施工和管理工作经验，负责施工组织计划方案的制定与执行；

3、负责现场项目管理，根据图纸组织执行现场施工活动，对质量，安全，进度，成本，风险及各方关系等全面控制；

4、协调及管理施工队，并使其严格按照EHS要求的计划内容和施工进度进行施工；

5、有能力对图纸及施工中出现的问题及时解决；

6、有效的监督施工质量，对原材料检测，基础及隐蔽工程验收，对工程资料收集汇总；

7、做好项目成本的预算，成本控制及工程变更签证办理等工作；

8、负责工程竣工验收各项工作，做好完工后的结算工作；

职位要求：

1、大学专科及以上学历，建筑类或项目管理类相关专业；

2、5年以上土建，装饰类项目管理经验；

3、熟练掌握建筑规范和施工工序及技术要求，能读懂施工图并了解材料及准确计算工程量，了解施工及验收规范，熟悉相关施工程序及施工工艺；

4、对建筑施工的质量和安全及施工管理有深刻认识；

5、掌握商务谈判技巧，优秀的组织管理能力，分析能力和问题解决能力；

6、责任心强，吃苦耐劳，良好的团队意识和沟通、学习能力，抗压力强，服从领导分配，能适应不定期的平时和周末加班；

7、持一级及二级建造师资格证优先；

8、流利的英语口语和写作能力优先考虑；
