职位描述

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Achieve/exceed the annual sales target from the designated region.

  2. Build good relationship with the existing distributor and work closely with them and support them to create the business plan to ensure growth of the business,

  3. Continue to develop new distributor in the designated region to grow the business.

  4. Provide professional service to existing and potential distributor, including product introduction/training, selection, trouble shouting etc.

  5. Train the distributor to make sure that they present well in front of the customer.

  6. Get the forecast from the distributor to support the planning of manufacturing.

  7. Make sure the payment of collection from distributor is on time.

  8. Work closely with other dept., such as customer service, planning, manufacturing, logistics, finance, technical etc to assist distributor for overall delivery, daily orders etc.

  9. Organize and/or participate marketing activities for channel business development, support distributor marketing activities.

  10. Monitor the market trend and collect the market intelligence

  11. Negotiate, manage and update distributor agreement annually on behalf of company, including but not limit to price / discount, refund, payment terms, inventory, delivery etc.

  12. Other task

 

Skills and experience Required:

  1. Bachelor degree or equivalent

  2. More than 5+ years working experience, at least 3+ years in building material industry

  3. Strong partner orientation, with 3+ years working experience in channel distributor management in international company.

  4. Good communication skills

  5. Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills.

  6. Could read/write in English.

  7. Familiar with Microsoft office, e.g. word, excel, PowerPoint.
