职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should be experienced in MRO, CAPEX, office service, admin sourcing, and purchasing and supplier management to drive tangible results for organization. You will work directly with Asia plants to deliver strategic sourcing, supplier performance management, and continuous cost and performance improvement.
Specific Responsibilities:
1.Work collaboratively with suppliers and Asia plants to identify and execute continuous cost, DPO and performance improvement strategies for MRO.
2.Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, perform supply-market research and conduct pricing audits and impact analysis for the pursuit of continuous cost improvements Lead open bidding and negotiation for long term contract with strategic suppliers.
3. Identify, evaluate and develop strategic MRO suppliers to meet MRO purchasing strategy.
4.Measure and manage suppliers' performance relative to contracted service levels.
5.Identify and resolve strategic supplier performance issues to ensure internal customer satisfaction.
6.Responsible for change management

Scope of Role:
Reports to Asia SCM Manager.
Education and Experience:
1.Requires Bachelor is preferred. Mechanical engineering or Business background is preferred.
2.3~5 years working experience in Purchasing or plant MRO management.
3.Good Excel and Word skills.
4.Language: English.
Required Skills:
1.Dynamic hard Working and hard learner.
2.Good communication skills (written and verbal) and proven ability to facilitate collaboration in with suppliers.
3.Be a creative and willing contributor to a multicultural team.
4.Able to develop good supplier relationship.
5.Ability to work with minimal supervision.
6.Strong sense of responsibility.
7.Change management.
8.Strong analytical skills.
9.Leadership for multi-culture team.
