设备、公用设施的技术革新、节能减排、培训指导

1、 依据：园区运维的需要

2、 内容：

（1） 负责园区内各类专业性公用设施的维护、维修；

（2） 协助运维经理对常规设备、设施的维修、维护；

（3） 根据原有设备使用情况，向经理提供电气、暖通等专业建议方案；

（4） 根据确定的方案制订节能减排计划，并付诸行动；

（5） 制定本专业维护、维修计划，并提交领导审核后，最终实现；

（6） 编制维修手册，定期对维修工进行培训、指导；

（7） 完成上级临时交办的其他工作。

3、 目的：

保证顺利完成所在区域零星改造工程。

专科及以上（暖通、自控、电气类）、三年以上电气类、暖通类设备维修工作经验、暖通、电气类操作证、中级工证书熟知相关设备性能、能阅读英文图纸、会CAD和办公软件。
