职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责水暖系统、空调系统、供水排水系统、供热通风排风系统的日常维护、巡检工作。
2、负责风机盘管的日常维修与保养。
3、负责大厦空调运行情况及环境温度的监测，并根据监测情况及时提出调整运行方案。
4、负责维保单位在设备维护维修时的跟踪检查监督，配合工程主管对维保单位的维保质量的验收。
5、积极完成领导安排的其它工作。
任职条件：
1、55岁以下，技校或以上学历。
2、持有暖通空调操作证，维修工作经验2年以上。
3、工作责任心强，能吃苦耐劳，遵守公司制度、服从工作安排。
4、有强烈的事业心和责任感。
5、有物业管理公司相关工作经验，技术熟练者优先考虑。
