主要协助销售经理 以及销售人员打印资料以及辅助销售经理做事
负责有关业务电话的接听及转达处理，接待来访客人并进行相关的会议记录。
协助并支持相应辖区内业务人员的销售工作。
审核各类销售费用、协调日常销售事务、处理相关销售资料等。
办理各种资质证明文件及合同、档案管理。
协助业务人员处理与各部门之间的文件传递与交换。
销售订单、合同、客户档案等书面资料的整理、分类和保管。
协助销售人员准备项目建议书、投标书、合同等文件。
